Took two months from seed to flower. Planted seeds in middle of May (a lot died in several hailstorms) and the strongest of the lot bloomed yesterday.

The plant that was supposed to be Scarlet Sage turned out to be something completely different! Not even sure what it is LOL. At least the bees love them

Also started some potatoes from some forgotten, wrinkly supermarket ones that no one wants to eat.

Not forgetting the kittykats, I germinated some catnip as well. Makes a really nice relaxing tea ... if you can drink it without having to fight with your cats! Also smokes nicely as a tobacco substitute.

Monarda is growing nicely ... I wonder how long before it starts to flower? Seems a bit slow growing for a native mint. Also makes a nice tea and tobacco substitute.

Not all is smooth sailing though. There's been quite an infestation of spider mites and aphids in the garden, and the poor celosia plants looked pretty screwed up because of them sap suckers.
Peter, Larry, Curly, Moe and Cocot are growing happily. Not long now before we see some sunflower budding!

A Jade leaf cutting has put out pups! To be honest I'm not sure whether this is a Portulacaria or a type of Crassula. I think it's more likely to be the former.
